Getting Started
How do I start tracking my pregnancy?
When you first open Nooko, select "I'm expecting" and enter your last menstrual period (LMP) date or your due date from a dating scan. The app will calculate your current week and show your baby's development.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Nooko uses anonymous authentication so you can get started in seconds without providing an email or password. Your data is linked to your device.
Partner Sharing
How do I invite my partner?
Go to Settings and tap "Invite Partner." Tap "Create Invite Code" and share the code with your partner. They can enter it during their onboarding or from the Partner screen.
My partner can't see my data. What should I do?
Make sure your partner's invite has been approved. Go to Settings > Partner to check their status. Both devices need an internet connection for data to sync.
Is inviting a partner free?
Yes. Partner invites are always 100% free, regardless of your subscription status.
Subscriptions & Purchases
What are the subscription options?
- Monthly: $6.99/month (auto-renewable)
- Trimester: $14.99 every 3 months (auto-renewable)
- Pregnancy Pass: $24.99 one-time purchase (12 months of access, non-renewing)
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, go to the paywall screen or Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will check your Apple ID for any previous purchases and restore your premium access.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your data is never locked away. After any premium subscription expires, Nooko activates Memory Vault mode: all your entries, photos, and data remain readable forever in read-only mode.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nooko to cancel or change your plan.
Privacy & Data
Is my pregnancy data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't use ads, we don't track you, and we never sell your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I delete my data?
Contact us at hello@nookoapp.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Contact us at hello@nookoapp.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and we will provide an export of your data.
Troubleshooting
The app is running slowly or crashing.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If problems continue, contact us with details about your device and iOS version.
My data isn't syncing between devices.
Ensure both devices are connected to the internet. Data syncs automatically when the app is open. Try pulling down to refresh or closing and reopening the app.
